Having trouble accessing My.UAFS? Use these links to access common student applications:
For complete access to support information, knowledge base documents, and other self-help information, please see our My.UAFS department siteor send an email from your official UAFS campus email account to UAFS@service-now.com.
- For campus-wide emergencies that affect the entire campus (My.UAFS outage, Blackboard outage, Banner outage, etc.), call 479-788-7460.
- The voicemail message provides information on how to reach the personnel on call outside of normal office hours.
- The Service Desk cannot assist with password resets and hardware or software issues outside of the normal operating hours.
- The Information Technology Service Desk provides support for faculty, staff, and students Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 7:00 pm

When you log in to My.UAFS from off-campus computers, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome web browsers. During login you may receive a pop-up prompt asking for your login credentials. If so, please follow these instructions.
If you receive a “Windows Security” login prompt:
- Enter “student\” plus your login username
- Example: student\jsmith99
- Enter “uafs\” plus your username
- Example: uafs\jsmith99
If you receive an “Authentication Required” login prompt:
- Enter your username and password and click the “OK” button
First-time users should ensure that they enroll with the Portalguard system as soon as possible. Enrolling is easy, quick, and needs only be completed one time.
If you are still having trouble logging in to My.UAFS or are having trouble accessing other campus technologies, please first verify that your UAFS login credentials are working properly. You can do this by logging in to the UAFS Portalguard password management system.
If you cannot log in to the Portalguard system and have previously enrolled with Portalguard, please use the self-service feature to recover or reset your password.
If you cannot reset your password, please call the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460
between 7:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the staff will be happy
to assist you.
